At Mellow Fidgets, we design and 3D print our products ourselves, which gives us plenty of flexibility when it comes to creating something a little different.

Customising Our Existing Products
Many of our existing products can be customised.
Depending on the design, we may be able to change things such as:
- Colours and colour combinations
- Text or names
- Size
- Textures
- Keychain attachments
- Design details
- Sensory features
- Multi-colour combinations

Bespoke Fidget Designs
Have something completely new in mind?
We can also discuss creating bespoke 3D printed fidgets and sensory products from scratch.
This could be a particular shape, theme, texture, mechanism or sensory experience you’re looking for.
We’ll chat through your idea, what’s possible with 3D printing and how we could turn it into a physical product.
Depending on the complexity of your idea, bespoke design work may involve an additional design fee.
Schools, SEN Settings & Organisations
We’re happy to discuss custom and larger orders for schools, SEN settings, charities, organisations, workplaces and other groups.
This could include:
- Mixed fidget bundles
- Particular sensory textures
- Colour-coded sets
- Custom colours
- Larger quantities
- Bespoke designs
- Products created for a particular setting or sensory need

Bulk Orders
Need more than a few?
We can accommodate many bulk and larger quantity orders. Because our products are made using 3D printing, larger orders may require additional production time.
Contact us with the products you’re interested in, approximate quantities and when you need them, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
How Custom Orders Work
To enquire about a custom or bespoke order, email us at hello@mellowfidgets.com.
Tell us as much as you can about what you have in mind. You can also send reference images, sketches, colours or examples if they help explain your idea.
We’ll then discuss the options with you and provide pricing and an estimated production time before you commit to the order.
Production Times
Custom and bespoke products may take longer to produce than products from our standard range.
We’ll give you an estimated production time before your order is confirmed.
If you need something for a particular date, please let us know when you enquire. We’ll always be upfront about whether we can realistically have it ready in time.
Returns & Cancellations
Because personalised and bespoke products are made specifically for you, they cannot usually be returned or exchanged simply because you’ve changed your mind.
Once production or bespoke design work has begun, we may also be unable to cancel or make further changes to your order.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as agreed.

A Quick Note About Bespoke Designs
3D printing is brilliant for creating unusual and highly customised products, but not every idea will be suitable or safe to manufacture.
We may occasionally suggest changes to a design or decline a request if we don’t believe it can be produced safely, reliably or to a standard we’re happy with.
